Couscous with cranberries

Here is an ideal breakfast - 1 serving (for about 70 kg man)

Raw materials:

75 g couscous (raw)

2 dl of whole milk

30 g (dried) cranberries

1 tablespoon of honey

Procedure:

Put the honey in the pan, heat, add milk with couscous and cranberries and cook shortly. Leave covered for about three minutes.

Energy - 1930 kJ

Sugars - 80 g

Fats - 8 g

Proteins - 16g

Fibre - 5 g
