Here is an ideal breakfast - 1 serving (for about 70 kg man)

Raw materials:

2 bananas

3 tablespoons of crushed oat flakes

1 chicken egg

butter for frying

Procedure:

Crush the bananas, mix everything, ideally let the flakes swell for a while and fry on both sides.
