1. In the morning on an empty stomach drink a glass of water, preferably with lemon.

It will start the metabolism and the excretion of harmful substances. 

2. Drink fluids of room temperature or warmer. All of cold liquids and foods from the fridge burden the body and the immune system, which weakens (the more in the summer if we are overheating). Leads to the hypothermia of internal organs - back pain, an inflammation of kidneys, bladder, etc.

3. Don’t drink during a meal or immediately after a meal, wait for half an hour. Digestive processes with drinking slow down – HCl (hydrochloric acid) is diluted. Cold drinks wreak a solidification of fats received from the food and adhere to the intestinal wall, start health problems.

4. Don’t drink more than half a litre of fluid per hour, otherwise, the kidneys are overloaded and unabsorbed vitamins and minerals are washed up from the body.

5. Daily intake of liquids in litres (including those from food) is your weight multiplied by 0,035.
